What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that Edward Paul Winchester of Dandelion Catering Limited has applied to East Cambridgeshire District Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of:

The Lodge at The National Stud, CB8 0XE

The application is for the licensable activity of the sale by retail of alcohol, for both on-sales and off-sales.

The register of the application, and any accompanying documents, may be inspected at East Cambridgeshire District Council's offices during normal office hours, or via the Council's website at www.eastcambs.gov.uk
Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Authority by 31st July 2026 (being 28 consecutive days from the day after the application was given to the licensing authority on 30 June 2026).
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is currently unlimited.
