To whom it may concern:

We DTS Live Events Ltd do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence at: Smeatharpe Airfield, Smeatharpe, HONITON, Devon, EX14 9RF

The application is to

Premises Open Hours Requested 28th - 31st May 2027

Friday, Saturday & Sunday 10:00 - 01:00 Performance of live music (Indoors & Outdoors) Friday & Saturday 11:00- 23:00 and Sunday 11:00 -23:00

Playing of recorded music (indoors)

Friday, Saturday & Sunday 10:00 to 00:00.

Late night refreshment (indoors)

Friday & Saturday 23:00 to 00:30 and Sunday 23:00 to 00:00.

Sale of alcohol (on & off)

Friday & Saturday 10:00 to 00:30 and Sunday 10:00 to 00:00.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may. do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ not later than 21/07/2026 .

Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours or on the Council's website: www.eastdevon.gov.uk/licensing/.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
