Notice is given that GB10 Sports Limited has applied for the Variation of a Premises Licence for the following premises:
GB10 Sports & Social Club,
177 Footscray Road, Eltham, London SE9 2SZ.
A record of this application may be inspected by appointment.
Other persons may make representations to the Council on this application by no later than Thursday 30th July 2026 (last date for making representations). Representations can be made in writing, by email or fax using the contact details above. Representations can only be made on the grounds of one or more of the four licensing objectives, namely:
• Prevention of Crime and Disorder
• Prevention of Public Nuisance
• Public Safety
• Protection of Children from Harm.
Any person who makes a false statement in connection with an application is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
The following variations are proposed:
To extend the hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises to:
• Sunday to Thursday from 11:00 hours until 23:00 hours;
• Friday & Saturday from 11:00 hours until 24:00 hours
(midnight).
The current hours for licensable activity are Monday to Sunday (daily) from 12:00 noon until 23:00 hours, in line with current opening times.
