Notice is hereby given that MMM4 Ltd has applied to Leicester City Council for a premises licence in respect of Chaiiwala, 97 Granby Street, Leicester, LE1 6FD.
The relevant licensable activity proposed is the provision of late night refreshment (the supply of hot food and hot drink for consumption on or off the premises):
Monday to Wednesday and Sunday 23:00 to 00:00, Thursday to Saturday 23:00 to 02:00, and until 05:00 each day during the Islamic month of Ramadan, on the eve of Eid al-Fitr, on the eve of Eid al-Adha and on New Year's Eve.
The register of Leicester City Council, and the record of this application, may be inspected at the Customer Service Centre, Leicester City Council, 91 Granby Street, Leicester, LE1 6FB during normal office hours, and at www.leicester.gov.uk.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so in writing to the Licensing Team, Leicester City Council, City Hall, 115 Charles Street, Leicester, LE1 1FZ, or by email to licensing@leicester.gov.uk, by no later than 3 August 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
