To All Whom It May Concern
Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary a premises licence for the Black Bull Inn, 107 High Street, Bangor, LL57 1NS.
The application seeks to amend the hours on the premises licence as follows: Sale by Retail of Alcohol: Sunday to Thursday 0800 - 0100 (currently 0030). Late Night Refreshment: Sunday to Thursday 2300 - 0100 (currently 0030). Opening: Sunday to Thursday 0700 - 0200 (currently 0130), Friday and Saturday hours remain unchanged.
Remove the conditions in Annex 2 of the premises licence which relate to the outdated "Overview of Operations" and "Approach to Responsible Retailing" documents and replace with updated conditions as per the application form. There are no other changes to the Premises Licence.
The postal address of the relevant licensing authority is set out below and a record of the application may be inspected there during normal office hours or at www.gwynedd.gov.uk at any time.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Officer, Public Protection Service, Gwynedd Council, Shirehall Street, Caernarfon, LL55 1SH or by emailing licensing@gwynedd.llyw.cymru.
Written representations must be received no later than Wednesday, 29th July 2026.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application which, upon conviction, carries an unlimited fine.
