LICENSING ACT 2003, APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Marie Riches to City of Lincoln Council in respect of premises known as M&M Café Bistro which are situated at 406 High Street, Lincoln, LN5 7TE

The proposed licensed activity to be carried on at the premises is as follows:

Supply of alcohol both on and off the premises

• Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 23:00
• Sunday 10:00 to 23:00
• New Years Eve 08:00 to 01:00

The record of applications may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DD during normal office hours.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City of Lincoln Council at the above address by 27th July 2026.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
