Notice is hereby given that K & Z Wallington Limited has applied in respect of KFC, 43 Woodcote Road, Wallington, SM6 0LH for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: This is an application to extend the late-night refreshment hours as follows – 23:00 to 01:00 Monday – Thursday (the morning following), 23:00 to 02:00 – Friday & Saturday (the morning following). Customer access into the premises will be limited to/remain as per the existing licence, namely 12 midnight Monday to Thursday and 1am Friday and Saturday (morning following). To change opening hours every day of the week to 09:30 (currently 10:30). To add conditions relating to prevention of crime and disorder, public safety and public nuisance. Full details of the application can be inspected on the licensing register, online at www.sutton.gov.uk or in person at the address given below. Deadline for representations 24 July 2026.
