To whom it may concern: We MARKET STREET SERVICE STATION LTD do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a Variation of Premises Licence at: 10 High Street, Budleigh, Salterton EX9 6LQ and known as: Staddons Garage
The application is to: Apply to authorise the following licensable activities: Extend the permitted hours for the supply of alcohol [off sales] for: Monday to Sunday : 00:00 to. 23:59 Hours Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ not later than 30th July 2026.
Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours or on the Council’s website: www.eastdevon.gov.uk/licensing/ It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
