Hayley Langton has applied to Manchester City Council on 3 July 2026 to vary the Premises Licence in respect of 387 Palatine Road, Northenden, Manchester, M22 4FY.
The application seeks to:
• Permit the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises from 10:00 Monday to Sunday; and
• Amend Annex 3 Condition 1 of the Premises Licence.

Any representations regarding this application must be made in writing to the Premises Licensing Team, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, PO Box 532, Manchester M60 2LA or by email to premises. licensing@manchester.gov.uk by 30 July 2026.
Representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
