Details of the application are for the provision of the following:
Live Music (Outdoors) / Recorded Music
(Outdoors) / Performance of Dance (Outdoors)
/ Anything of a similar description (Outdoors) /
Opening Hours Saturday - 11am to 6.30pm
Supply of alcohol ON the premises
Saturday - Noon to 6.30pm
Details of the application may be inspected by prior appointment between the hours of 9.30am and 4.00p.m from Monday to Friday inclusive at the offices of the Licensing Section, Merthyr Tydfil C.B.C, Civic Centre, Castle Street, Merthyr Tydfil, CF47 8AN.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in respect of the application, which must be provided, in writing, to the above address by the 21st July 2026 It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5000.00
