The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of The Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX, between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website: www.richmond.gov.uk. Written representations can be made to the Licensing Authority at the above address or by email: licensing@merton.gov.uk, any time up to and including 27th July 2026. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
