Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to St. Helens Council's Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises shown below.

Applicant: In NE Event Ltd

Premises: Newton Festival, Mesnes Park, Newton-le-Willows, St Helens, WA12 9TB

Details of the application: A 2-day outdoor music festival at Mesnes Park, Newton-le-Willows.

Licensable activities applied for: Friday 31 July 2026 (maximum 1,000 persons on site at any one time): Live Music (outdoors)
18:00-23:00; Recorded Music (outdoors) 18:00-23:00; Performance of Dance (outdoors)
18:00-23:00; Supply of Alcohol (on premises) 18:00-22:30.
Saturday 1 August 2026 (maximum 4,999 persons on site; licensed area max 3,500): Live Music
(outdoors) 12:00-23:00; Recorded Music (outdoors) 12:00- 23:00; Performance of Dance (outdoors)
12:00-23:00; Supply of Alcohol (on premises) 12:00-22:30.

All representations must include the full name, address, and contact details of the interested party, or responsible authority making the representation, and must be received by 21 July 2026.

Representations submitted after this date cannot be considered.
