Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl Great Britain Limited have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to North Devon District Council for a Premises Licence for Lidl Great Britain Limited, Chivenor Cross, Braunton, Barnstaple, EX31 4BN for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday.
Representations should be received by The Licensing Team, North Devon District Council, Lynton House, Commercial Road, Barnstaple, Devon, EX31 1DG or by email to licensing@northdevon.gov.uk.
The Licensing Act 2003 Public Register, Record of Applications and representation form are available on our website at: https://www.northdevon.gov.uk/business/licences-and-permits/entertainment-and-alcohol-licences Representations must be received no later than 30/07/2026.
Representations received after this date will not be considered.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours. Please contact the council to make an appointment.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
