Notice is hereby given that Aunty's Coffee Shop has applied to Leicester City Council, Licensing Authority, for the grant of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of the premises known as Aunty's Coffee Shop.

Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application may do so in writing to Leicester City Council, Licensing Authority, New Walk Centre, Welford Place, Leicester LE1 6ZG within 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice.

A record of the application may be inspected at Leicester City Council, New Walk Centre, Welford Place, Leicester LE1 6ZG during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
