What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003 AT UNIT LM12, METROCENTRE, ST MICHAEL'S WAY, GATESHEAD, NE11 9YG

Notice is hereby given that Cameron Sanger has applied to Gateshead council for a premises licence under the licensing act 2003. 

The licensable activities are: Off-sales of alcohol by retail Monday-Sunday 0900-2100 hours.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Section, Gateshead Council, Civic Centre, Gateshead NE8 1HH.

Representations must be received no later than 23 July 2026.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale(£5000)
