I, Kirsty ElSayed give notice that I applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of The Booze Bay, 4 Fore Street, St Austell, Cornwall, PL25 5EN.
The application is to: Permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises (Off Licence) between 10:00 and 22:00 every day.
The Shop will be open between 07:00 and 22:00 every day.
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 30 July 2026.
A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment. Details are also at www.cornwall.gov.uk by searching ‘List of current premises licence applications’. Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Office on 0300 1234 212.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application.
A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale, which is unlimited.
