NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE

TRANSFER OF A LICENCE

IN THE MAGISTRATES COURT FOR NORTHERN

IRELAND, SOUTH EASTERN ADMINISTRATIVE COURT DIVISION - SITTING AT LISBURN

TAKE NOTICE that we James R Patterson; Tracey Patterson; Frederick W Patterson; and Susan Patterson intend at the Magistrates' Court sitting at The Courthouse, Railway Street, Lisburn, BT28 1XR on 24th July 2026 at 10.30am to apply for the transfer to us of a licence at present held by James R Patterson and Frederick W Patterson for the premises situated at “The Pheasant”, 410 Upper Ballynahinch Road, Aughnaleck, Hillsborough, BT26 6NR being premises of the following kind according to the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, namely premises specified in Article 5(1)(a) – premises in which the business carried on under the licence is the business of selling intoxicating liquor by retail for consumption either in or off the premises.

James R Patterson and Frederick W Patterson have been carrying on the business under the licence since the grant of same on 29th June 2009.

We shall be the owners of the business to be carried on under the licence.

The owners of the premises will be Frederick William Patterson, Susan Patterson, James Richard Patterson and Tracey Patterson

The licence will be deposited with the Clerk of Petty Sessions before or at the hearing of the application.

Take notice that any person owning, residing or carrying on business in the vicinity of the premises who intends to object to the application must serve notice on the Applicants and the Clerk of Petty Sessions not less than one week before the time of the Court sitting at which the application is to be made.
