LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION TO VARY
PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that K&Z Newhaven Limited has
applied in respect of KFC, Unit 2, 3 Drove Road,
Newhaven, BN9 0AD for an application to vary the
premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit
the following: Opening Hours 09:30 to 01:00 Monday –
Thursday (currently 10:30 to 00:00), 09:30 to 02:00 Friday
& Saturday (currently 10:30 to 00:00), 09:30 to 00:00
Sunday (currently 10:30 to 00:00). After 00:00 on any day
of the week the premises will operate a delivery collection
service only. (No customer access into the restaurant after
midnight). Late Night Refreshment 23:00 to 01:00 Monday
– Thursday (currently 23:00 to 00:00), 23:00 to 02:00
Friday & Saturday (currently 23:00 to 00:00), 23:00 to
00:00 Sunday (No change). After 00:00 on any day of the
week the premises will operate a delivery collection service
only. (No customer access into the restaurant after
midnight). All premises licence conditions will be removed
and replaced with a new operating schedule, please refer to
the application using the details below for a full list of
proposed conditions. The premises licence plan shall also
be amended in accordance with the submitted plan (drawing
reference NH25-KC/G101). Any person who desires to
make a representation to the variation should send a brief
written statement of the grounds of his/her objection to
