I Samantha Cox of BIGGLESWADE RUGBY & SQUASH CLUB, LANGFORD ROAD, BIGGLESWADE, BEDS, SG18 9RA are applying for grant of a Premises Licence
If granted, the licence will enable the following to take place: sale of alcohol (Mon – Thur 10:00 -00:00, Fri & Sat 10:00 – 01:00 & Sun 10:00 - 23:00) on the premises as well as from the café & outside during & after sporting event’s & function either from pop up bar or occasionally within a temporary / Occasional marquee for special events & celebrations, the provision of late-night refreshment (Mon – Thur 10:00 -00:00, Fri & Sat 10:00 – 01:00 & Sun 10:00 -23:00) & the provision of regulated entertainment consisting of Live & recorded music (Mon-Sun 11:00 – 23:00)

within 28 days from the date of this notice. A copy of the application is also held by Central Bedfordshire Council Licensing Team may be viewed upon request.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is a level 5 fine on the standard scale.
