Joeley Roberts has applied for grant of premises licence at Joeley’s Café Bar, 21 Charnock Road, L9 6AW for supply of alcohol (consumption on/off the premises) Monday to Sunday 0700hrs to 2245hrs. Hours open to public Monday to Sunday 0700hrs to 2245hrs.

Representation can also be made by post to Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. Representations must be received no later than 15th July 2026. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.

A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made. 18/06/26.
