TAKE NOTICE that we THE VINERY LIMITED have applied under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as The Vinery, 57 The Knowl, Mirfield WF14 9RW FOR Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from 09:00-00:00 and on the premises from 12:00-00:00 Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Department, PO Box 1720, Huddersfield HD1 9EL or by email at licensing@kirklees.gov.uk by 20/07/2026 It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000
