Notice Is Hereby Given that Benjamin Onalaja has applied to Manchester City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of:

Avan Lounge & Bar
Unit 4, 165 Great Ducie Street, Manchester, M3 1FF

The application seeks permission for:
Provision of Regulated Entertainment (live music, recorded music indoors, regulated regulated entertainment to be indoors and outside.

• Live music entertainment
• Recorded music entertainment
• Performances of dance
• Late night refreshment (indoors and outdoors)

Thursday - Sunday: 11:00pm - 5:00am

Late Night Refreshment:
Monday - Wednesday: 11:00pm - 12:00 midnight
Thursday - Sunday: 11:00pm - 5:00am

Opening Hours:
Monday - Wednesday: 9:00am - 12:00 midnight
Thursday - Sunday: 9:00am - 5:00am

The proposed Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) for the premises is: Simbiat Matesun

Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must do so in writing to:
Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council, Level 1, Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, Manchester, M60 2LA
or by email to: premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk

Representations must be received no later than 21 July 2026.

The licensing register and record of the application are available for inspection by appointment through Manchester City Council Licensing Services.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
