Notice is hereby given that Buzz Group Limited of the following address: Unit 1, Castle Marina Road, Nottingham, NG7 1TN, is applying under Section 187 of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary a Bingo Premises Licence issued under that Act. The application relates to the following premises: Buzz Bingo, 28 - 70 Broadway, Bexleyheath, Kent, DA6 7LL. The application is to Vary the Licence as follows: To Vary The Layout Of The Premises In Accordance With The Plans Provided In Support Of The Application.

The application has been made to: Licensing Partnership Sevenoaks District Council, Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN13 1HG. Email: licensing@sevenoaks.gov.uk.  Information about the application is available from the Licensing Authority, including the arrangements for viewing the details of the application. Any of the following persons may make representations in writing to the Licensing Authority about the application. A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities. A person who has business interests that might be affected by the authorised activities. A person who represents someone in any of the above two categories. Any representations must be made by 19 July 2026. It is an offence under Section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005 if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a Licensing Authority for a purpose connected with the Act, information which is false or misleading.
