First Choice Catering Group Ltd have applied to Wirral Borough Council for a new premises licence at 222 New Chester Road, Birkenhead CH41 9BQ to sell alcohol Sun-Thurs 1000-0000 hrs, Fri/Sat 1000-0300 hrs, late night refreshment and regulated entertainment Sun-Thurs to 0000 hrs, Fri/Sat to 0300 hrs. Licensable activities to 0300 hrs on specified days. A copy of the application is on the website www.wirral.gov.uk/la or can be viewed at Licensing Authority (below address) by appointment. Any person may make relevant representations in writing about this application to Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey CH44 8ED, or by email to licensing@wirral.gov.uk by 17/7/26. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
