The applicant has applied to the Licensing Authority for a premises licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities:

To allow for the sale of alcohol between the hours of 0700 and 2300 daily for consumption off the premises.

Any person or responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make representations to the Licensing Authority no later than 27 July 2026.

Any representations made to the Licensing Authority must be in writing to the address above or by email to licensing@birmingham.gov.uk

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
