NOTICE is hereby given that we, Cherry Bomb Events Ltd have applied to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as Tatton Park, Knutsford, WA16 6QN, for a premises licence to provide the following licensable activity:
The application is to deliver an outdoor festival of live music, food & drink and wellbeing activities called Cheshire Fest within the grounds of the site - and for this to take place on a maximum of one occasion each year at any point during Summer months, between May to September, lasting for no more than two days for up to 4,999 people including staff and security. Licensable activities include retail by sale of alcohol, performance of live and pre-recorded music and performance of dance between the hours of 11:00 & 23:00.

The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section of Cheshire East Council by prior appointment during normal office hours.
It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, unlimited.
