LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Mr Gurmare Singh Khalsa Applied to West Oxfordshire District Council to use the premises at 888 Vape/Drip & Off Licence, 62 Corn Street, Witney OX28 6BS.

With the proposal to licence these premises for Sale by Retail of Alcohol (Off Sales): Monday - Saturday: 08:00 - 23:00, Sunday: 09:00 - 21:00.

The full application can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Section (see below). A summary of the application can be viewed on www.westoxon.gov.uk. Representations must be made IN WRITING by 17/07/2026. Any representations made must relate to one of the 4 Licensing Objectives. All representations are made public.
