What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Nando’s Chickenland
Limited to the Licensing Authority of Portsmouth City
Council for a Premises Licence for the Nando's, Unit 4,

The application includes the following terms:-
1. To permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off
the premises between 1100 and 0000 Monday to Sunday.
2. To permit the provision of late night refreshment between
2300 and 0000 Monday to Sunday.

A responsible authority or any other person can
make written representations to the Licensing Authority
at the above address or by email to
any time up to and
including 21st July 2026.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
