Notice is hereby given that Healthcare Property Nominee
Company No 1 Limited has applied to Leeds City Council
for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises
located at Ground Floor, Unit B, Electric Press, Millennium
Square, Leeds, LS2 3AD. The proposed licensable activities
and their hours are: The provision of regulated
entertainment in the form of Recorded Music (indoors &
outdoors) and Live Music (indoors & outdoors): Monday
to Sunday, 11:00 to 04:00. Late Night Refreshment (indoors
& outdoors): Monday to Sunday, 23:00 to 04:00. Supply of
Alcohol (on and off the premises): Monday to Sunday,
11:00 to 04:00. Opening hours of the premises: Monday
to Sunday, 11:00 to 04:30. Any representations by
an interested party or responsible authority regarding
the above-mentioned application must be received in
writing by Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council,
Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR, or by email to
entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk,
no later than
22/07/2026 stating the grounds for objection. The register
of Leeds City Council and the record of the application may
be inspected at the address of the council, given above,
during normal business hours or on the council's website –
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false

fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for
the offence is unlimited.
