What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Birmingham City Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence under the above Act on 24th June 2026 by Diggers Venues Limited in relation to: Trent Street Oxford Street and Car Park Adjacent, 22 Oxford Street, Birmingham, B5 5NR.
It is proposed that the premises licence will be varied by increase of the number of event days permitted per annum under the premsies licence from six to eight. All other conditions to remain unchanged.

Representations to this application must be made in writing by 22nd July 2026
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make such a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
