What is proposed?
PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that Nga Man Wong has applied to Birmingham City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as “Around”, situated at 14 Marshall Street, Birmingham, B1 1LE.
The relevant licensable activities proposed to be carried on at the premises are:
- The sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises only: Monday to Sunday from 11:00 to 23:00.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so in writing to: General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, City Operations Directorate, P.O. Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ, or via email to: licensing@birmingham.gov.uk.
Representations must be received no later than 20/07/2026.
A record of the application can be inspected at the Council’s offices during normal office hours or viewed online at www.birmingham.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
