Take notice that: Scunthorpe Pride made application on: 24 June 2026**
Postal name and address of premises: Church Square, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, DN15 6TB

For the said premises to be used for the purposes of:
An Outdoor Area. Live Music, Recorded Music, Anything of a similar description - All Outdoors, Supply of Alcohol for Consumption On the Premises Saturday 29 August 2026, 12:00hrs to 19:00hrs.

Hours Open to the Public:
Saturday 29 August 2026, 12:00hrs to 19:00hrs.

A responsible authority or any other person may make representation in writing to: Public Protection, Licensing Division, PO Box 42, Church Square House, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire DN15 6XQ, no more than 28 days starting on the day after the day on which the complete application was given to North Lincolnshire Council's Licensing Division" stating the grounds of objection.

The application setting out the full details can be viewed by appointment at Church Square House, 09:30hrs to 16:30hrs Monday to Friday. 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale.
