LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

We Supercharger South Limited of 34-36 London Road, Wembley, Middlesex, United Kingdom, HA9 7EX. apply for a Premises Licence for the premises known as KFC, 405-407 Ashley Road, Poole, BH14 0AX.

HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT WE have applied to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council Licensing Authority on 24th June 2026 for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The following have been applied for: The provision of Late Night Refreshment (Indoors & Outdoors) Monday to Sunday, 23:00 to 05:00 the following day. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday, 09:00 to 05:00 the following day.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA or email licensing@bcp-council.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 22nd July 2026. The application record may be viewed between the 9:00 and 16:00 hours Monday to Friday at the above address or at www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk
