Jubilee Close - Application For Premises Licence

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Supercharger Restaurants Limited has applied to Dorset Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises known as KFC, 2B Jubilee Close, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 7BG.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: The provision of Late Night Refreshment (Indoors & Outdoors) 23:00 to 05:00 the following day, Monday to Sunday. The opening hours of the premises will be 09:00 to 05:00 the following day, Monday to Sunday.

Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team Dorset Council County Hall Colliton Park Dorchester DTI 1XJ or via email to Ucensing@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk no later than 21 July 2026 stating the grounds for objection. The register of Dorset Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.dorsetcouncil.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
