VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Neos 99 LTD has applied in respect of Barbara's Bier Haus Southampton (prev Revolution) 28A Bedford Place, Polygon, Southampton, SO15 2DB for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: To change the name of the premises to Barbara's Bier Haus. To change the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan, job number 2469, drawing number 03. To amend the conditions on the licence to reflect the change from Revolution to Barbara's Bier Haus, which has been completed in consultation with Hampshire Police. The opening hours and licensable activities authorised by the premises licence are to remain unaltered. Please refer to the full application for full details.

The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register, including the application, may be inspected on the City Council's web site at www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register, or at their offices at Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays. A responsible authority or any person, body or business likely to be affected may make representations about the application in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton & Eastleigh Licensing Partnership, Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY, via Public Access or email to licensing@southampton.gov.uk so as to be received by 22 July 2026. Any representation must relate to at least one of the licensing objectives. Frivolous or vexatious representations are likely to be rejected.
