NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Monton Lounge Limited has applied to Salford City Council to vary the premises licence for 198 Monton Road (Dinos Bar and Kitchen, previously Leos), Eccles M30 9LJ as follows: To vary the layout in accordance with the plan lodged with this application. To authorise the following regulated entertainment (indoors) from 09:00 until 00:00 (midnight) from Sunday to Thursday, and until 01:00 Friday – Saturday: live and recorded music, the performance of dance (and anything similar); the performance of plays and films; indoor sporting events. To permit late night refreshment (LNR) from 23:00 until 00:00 Sunday – Thursday, and until 01:00 Friday – Saturday. To apply current non-standard hours to licensable activities sought in this application. To permit opening at 08:00 daily. To permit an additional 30 minutes closing daily for dispersal after cessation of all licensed activities. To disapply the effect of British Summer Time. A revised set of conditions (and policies) to support the Application. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Service, Salford City Council, Regulatory Services, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Salford M27 5AW or at www.salford.gov.uk/licensing-applications Representations must be received no later than 20 July 2026. The application record and register may be viewed by appointment during normal office hours at the above address or at www.salford. gov.uk/licensing-applications It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
