Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Dovecote Barn & Farm Shop Limited in respect of premises known as The Dovecote Barn & Farm Shop located at Manor Road, Barton-in-Fabis, Nottingham, NG11 0AA to Rushcliffe Borough Council on 26 June 2026 for a premises licence.

The proposed application is:

1. To permit the supply of alcohol and provision of regulated entertainment from 09:00 to 22:30 on Mondays to Sundays.

2. To provide licensable activities on specific occasions.

Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the licensing authority at Rushcliffe Borough Council, Rushcliffe Arena, Rugby Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 7YG where the licensing register can be inspected during the authority’s normal opening hours or at www.rushcliffe.gov.uk.

Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to the licensing authority at the above address or to licensing@rushcliffe.gov.uk no later than 24 July 2026, stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
