NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 19th June 2026 Goose Piper Ltd applied to Liverpool City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Benchwarmer Games, 5 Mann Street, Cains Brewery Village, Liverpool L8 5AF. The proposed licensable activities are ;- 1. The provision of films, indoor sporting events, performance of dance, recorded music, anything of a similar description and supply of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 09.00 to 24.00. 2. The provision of Late Night Refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 to 24.00. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Buildings, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH or through the QR Code below or – liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations no later than the 17th July 2026 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Liverpool City Council and the record of the application may be inspected alternatively by ringing 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the application. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
