Public Notice For A New Premises Licence

I Ellis Weeks do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Ealing Council for a new Premises Licence at Tir Chonaill Gaels Rugby Club and known as Tir Chonaill Gaels Rugby Club, Horsenden Hill West, The Pavilion, Berkeley Avenue, Greenford, UB6 0NX.

The application is to permit regulated entertainment on an outdoor field layout on Saturday 22nd August 2026 for the following activities:

Indoor Sporting Events / Boxing or Wrestling Entertainment: To hold amateur mixed martial arts (MMA) bouts within a secured outdoor ring environment between the hours of 12:00 and 22:00.

The Sale by Retail of Alcohol: To permit the sale and consumption of alcohol from the designated outdoor bar area and the clubhouse premises between the hours of 11:00 and 21:30.

Hours the Premises are Open to the Public: Saturday 22nd August 2026 - 11:00 to 22:30 (Note this is a strictly ticketed event; these hours dictate the arrival and dispersal times for ticket holders)

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL or licensing@ealing.gov.uk not later than: Wednesday 22nd July 2026

Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations Must Be In Writing A copy of the application can be viewed on the council's website at: http://www.ealing.gov.uk/licences

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.

Representations must relate to one or more of the four licensing objectives (prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance, and protection of children from harm) and must include your full name and residential address.

Anonymous representations will not be accepted.
