Licensing Act 2003 (Section 34) Application to vary a premises licence

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Leicester City Council for a variation to a premises licence under the above Act.

Applicant: Kellam Management Ltd

Premises: The City Rooms, Hotel Street, Leicester, LE1 5AW

Proposed licensable activities: Supply of Alcohol and Late Night Refreshment Proposed days and hours: Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 23:00

Nature of variation: To include the use of an outdoor terrace area as part of the existing licensed premises.

The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the Customer Service Centre, 91 Granby Street, Leicester, LE1 6FB.

Any person wishing to make representations must do so in writing by 21st July 2026 to the Licensing Authority, Leicester City Council, City Hall, 115 Charles Street, Leicester, LE1 1FZ.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction.
