Pub Invest Group Has applied for a PREMISES LICENCE for The Merchant’s Rest, Upper Ground Floor, The Fruit Exchange Building, 10-18 Victoria Street, Liverpool, L2 6QE For the following licensable activities:

Performance of Live Music
Playing of recorded Music
Supply of Alcohol
Monday to Sunday 10:00 - 04:00
Late Night Refreshments
Monday to Sunday 23:00 - 04:00

You can view a record of the application and make a representation on it either through the QR Code below or - liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations, alternatively ring 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the application. Representation can also be made by post to - Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.

Representations must be received no later than the 24th July 2026

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.

A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
