LICENSING ACT 2003: PUBLIC NOTICE FOR A NEW/VARIATION TO PREMISES LICENCE

We, City & Docklands The Portal Limited, do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Ealing Council for a new Premises Licence at 7 Portal Way, Acton, W3 6RT and known as City & Docklands. The application is to:

• Exhibition of film, Live Music, Recorded Music, Performance of Dance - Monday to Sunday 10:00-24:00, Indoors & Outdoors

• Late Night Refreshment- Monday to Sunday 23:00-24:00, Indoors and Outdoors

• Retail Sale of Alcohol - Monday to Sunday 10:00-24:00, On and Off Supplies

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL or licensing@ealing.gov.uk not later than: 24th July 2026

Representations received after this date cannot be considered.

All representations MUST BE IN WRITING A copy of the application can be viewed on the Council’s website at: www.ealing.gov.uk/info/201017/licences_and_street_trading

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.

Representations must relate to one or more of the four licensing objectives (prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance, and protection of children from harm) and must include your full name and residential address.
