Licensing Act 2003: Application For New Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Dos Bar Limited has applied in respect of Dos Bar, Unit 3 80 Port Street, Manchester, M1 2EG for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: 

To permit opening hours from 09.00h daily until 23.30h Sunday to Wednesday, until 00.30h the following morning Thursday and until 01.30h the following morning on Saturday and Sunday. 

To permit the sale of alcohol (on and off sales) from 11.00h am daily until 23.00h Sunday to Wednesday, until 00.00h Thursday and until 01.00h the following morning on Friday and Saturday. 

To permit recorded music from 09.00h until 00.00h Thursday and from 09.00h until 01.00h the following morning on Friday and Saturday. 

For all the above, from the end of permitted hours on New Year's Day until the start of permitted hours on New Year's Day.

Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before the end of 23rd July 2026 to: Manchester City Council Licensing Unit Level 2 Town Hall Extension PO BOX 532 Manchester M60 2LA or by e-mail to premise.licensing@manchester.gov.uk

The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section of Manchester City Council by prior appointment during normal office hours.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
