Notice is hereby given that Focaccia Mia Ltd of 271 Poyser Street, Railway Arches, London, United Kingdom, E2 9RF has applied to the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea for the GRANT of a Premises Licence authorising the supply of alcohol on and off the premises.
Hours sought: supply of alcohol 08:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday; premises open to the public 08:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday. for the premises Focaccia Mia situated at 20A Chelsea Manor Street, London SW3 5UB
A register of licensing applications can be inspected at http://www.rbkc.gov.uk/environmentandtransport/ licensing.aspx or in person at Council Offices, 37 Pembroke Road, London W8 6PW, tel. 020 7341 5152, by appointment with the Licensing Team between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
Any person wishing to submit representations to my/our application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 24/07/2026
The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Sub-Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
