LICENSING ACT 2003 – APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

An application has been made by: Weavering Warriors RFC For the premises: The Heathers, 271 Bicknor Road, Maidstone, Kent ME15 9PS On the date of: 26th June 2026 Summary of the proposed licensable activities and the proposed hours of opening:

• Indoor Sporting Events: Every day 10:00 – 00:00 hours

• Recorded Music, Live Music, Sale of Alcohol and Hours premises are open to the public: Every day 10:00 – 02:00 hours

The premises will generally operate within the core licensed hours of (10:00 to 00:00) on a day-to-day basis. The extended hours to 02:00 are sought to provide flexibility and will only be utilised on an occasional basis for specific events, such as pre-booked private functions, community events, fundraising activities, Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and other recognised celebrations. This application does not intend to establish a routine 02:00 finish, but rather to allow for these infrequent events when required.
