APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Arihant Parekh has applied to Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Londis, 6-9 Abbey Street, Nuneaton, CV11 5BP

The application is for: Sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday 06:00-23:00

The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the Licensing Authority is kept is the Licensing Section, Town Hall, Coton Rd, Nuneaton CV11 5AA.

A responsible authority or any other person may make a representation in writing to the Licensing Section at the same address by 21st July 2026 or by e-mail to licensing@nuneatonandbedworth.gov.uk.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the Standard Scale, currently £5,000.
