What is proposed?

K Antonyrajah has applied for a new premises licence at Home Picked, 63 High Street, Chesham HP5 1BX to sell alcohol (consumption off the premises) 0700-2300 hrs daily.

Full details of this application may be viewed during normal office hours at the Council Offices of Buckinghamshire Council, Walton Street, Aylesbury HP20 1UA or at the Buckinghamshire Council website.

Any representations must be sent to licensing@buckinghamshire.gov.uk or write to Licensing, Buckinghamshire Council, The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, HP19 8FF by 14/07/2026 stating your grounds.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licence application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
