LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Vida Del Padel Ltd has applied to the City of Lincoln Council for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as Vida Del Padel, Unit C4, Bishops Trade Park, Bishops Road, Lincoln, LN2 4ZS.
The licensable activity applied for is the supply of alcohol, for consumption on the premises, Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 22:00. The premises will be open to the public Monday to Sunday 06:00 to 22:00.
A copy of the application and the licensing register may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City of Lincoln Council, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DD during normal office hours, or at www.lincoln.gov.uk.
Any person wishing to make a representation about this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address, or by email to licensing@lincoln.gov.uk, no later than Tuesday 14 July 2026.
Representations must be made in writing and must relate to one or more of the licensing objectives. It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
