North Kesteven District Council hereby gives notice of an application made to them for a new Premises Licence in respect of the above premises. The proposed licensable activities are as follows:
Provision of live and recorded music
Monday to Sunday 12:00 - 23:30 - Indoors and outdoors Provision of late-night refreshment
Monday to Sunday 23:00 - 23:30 - Indoors and outdoors Supply of alcohol for consumption on the premise only
Monday to Sunday 09:00 - 23:30 - Indoors and outdoors
Full details of the application can be viewed at the offices of North Kesteven District Council, Kesteven Street, Sleaford, NG34 7EF from 09:00am to 16:30pm Monday to Friday, and online at www.n-kesteven.gov.uk/business/licensing All representations made by any persons or Responsible Authorities to the Licensing Authority must be in writing.
The last date for representations to be received by us is 21st July 2026.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licence application.
Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
