NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that MSA (UK) Limited has submitted a premises licence application to the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea The application is for a variation for the premises known as 1 Russell Gardens, London, W14 8EZ. The application proposes to add one hour to the time authorised for the playing of music and to permit live music at the premises.
Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to: The Licensing Authority, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Town Hall Hornton Street, London W8 7NX no later than 22/07/2026.
The full application, including hours of operation and proposals for conditions to promote the licensing objectives may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Licensing Authority at the above address or on the Council’s website, www.rbkc.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, for which the maximum penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
NB: Representations must be relevant to one or more of the Licensing Objectives (ie Public Safety, Prevention of Crime and Disorder, Public Nuisance and/or Protection of Children from Harm). It is recommended that the full application is examined before making a representation.
Anyone making representations will be invited to attend a public hearing before the Licensing Sub-Committee of the Council, to set out the representation in person. The applicant welcomes the opportunity to discuss the application with anyone who has concerns before they make a representation.
